Who do I make my mortgage payments to?

After your loan closes, your mortgage will be serviced by one of our trusted partners, either Fay Servicing or Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing.

You will make all payments directly through your assigned loan servicer’s payment portal.

How will I know who my loan servicer is?

Shortly after closing, you will receive a welcome letter or email from your assigned servicer. This will include:

  • Your loan number
  • Instructions to set up your online account
  • Payment details and contact information

If you are unsure, refer to your closing documents or recent correspondence.

How do I set up my online account?

Your servicer will provide step-by-step instructions to register for an online account. Once set up, you can:

  • Make payments
  • View your loan balance and statements
  • Access tax and insurance information
  • Manage autopay

Can I make automatic payments?

Yes. Both Fay Servicing and Shellpoint Servicing offer autopay options.

Setting up automatic payments is the easiest way to ensure your mortgage is paid on time each month.

For any servicing-related questions, including payments, statements, escrow, or account updates, please contact your loan servicer directly.

If you are unable to resolve an issue with your servicer, you may contact your mortgage broker for assistance. While ARDRI does not manage day-to-day servicing, we will help guide you to the right support when needed.

Why is my loan serviced by another company?

ARDRI is a wholesale lender, which means we work through mortgage brokers to originate your loan.

To provide specialized, efficient ongoing support, we partner with experienced loan servicing companies like Fay Servicing and Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing.

Will my loan servicer ever change?

In some cases, mortgage servicing may be transferred to another servicer. If this happens, you will be notified in advance with clear instructions to ensure a smooth transition.

Where can I find my loan details and statements?

All loan details, monthly statements, and tax documents are available through your servicer’s online portal.
